INSTANT SYSTEMS SWEDEN AB'S GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR PURCHASES WITH
LOVA
1. GENERAL
These general terms and conditions (the "Terms") apply to Instant Systems Sweden AB,
org. no. 556930-7787 ("ISS"), which provides in-app purchases under the name Lova (the
"Application"). The Application is used in both unmanned smart systems and for self-scanning in
manned or unmanned store environments. Please read the Terms carefully before registering as a
user of the Application. By creating an account and using the Application, you accept the Terms. If
you do not agree to the Terms, you will not be able to create an account and thus not use the
Application.
2. PERMITTED USE OF THE APPLICATION
By creating an account and registering as a user of the Application, you obtain the right to load,
install and use the Application on a mobile phone, touchpad or other designated device. It is not
permitted to copy, modify, distribute or publish content provided by ISS. For your own personal use,
it is permitted to download, copy and save information from ISS where it appears in the
Application. It is not permitted to improperly use offers or otherwise abuse the Application.
Use of the Application is free of charge. Traffic charges to your mobile carrier or internet service
provider may apply. Through the Application you have the opportunity to take advantage of specific
offers and discounts from ISS and operators of its products.
Parents and guardians are responsible for children under the age of 18 who use the Application.
Users are responsible for ensuring that self-scanning is carried out accurately and honestly, in
accordance with instructions provided in the Application or in the store environment.
3. PURCHASE VIA APP AND CAMERA SURVEILLANCE
The items that you choose to purchase through the Application can either be registered
automatically (e.g. via sensors in smart fridges) or manually by you using self-scanning. In both cases,
the items are added to your shopping cart and linked to your account in the Application. Payment is
made by debiting the payment card that you have registered in the Application. If you have
registered multiple payment cards, the card selected as active will be charged. You will receive a
receipt by email for your purchase in the Application. All payments are made encrypted in
accordance with ISS PCI certification. ISS is certified according to the stricter security requirement
PCI-DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard).
Before completing payment, you may either return goods to their original location (in the case of
smart fridges) or remove them from your digital cart (in the case of self-scanning). You will only be
charged for the goods remaining in your cart at the time of checkout. If you are unable to pay for
goods that you have chosen, you must return or remove them. If you need help or have questions in
connection with your visit to the store, you can contact support as specified under the "Contact Us"
section of the Application.
