Preparations
Equipment needed:
- Screwdriver TX20
- Side cutters
- Replacement part
Remove the products and shelves from the cooler and turn it off.
Step 1
Use the TX20 screwdriver to loosen the housing for the fans and place it on the shelf carriers.
Step 2
Pull on the top corner of the right side of the evaporator (back plate) to release it, then work your way down the right-hand side until you can rotate it 90 degrees up towards the left side of the cooler.
Attention! The evaporator cannot be completely removed. Be careful not to damage the pipe on the left-hand side. Refer to pictures for guidance.
Step 3
Remove the zip tie around the sensor cables and replace the defective sensor. Sensor 1 is located on the back under a small plastic cover, and Sensor 2 is attached to the back of the evaporator.
