Introduction
Welcome to the Digital Price Tags User Manual. This manual provides essential information on setting up and using your digital price tags.
Purpose
Digital price tags provide a means to display the price of products on kiosk shelves using e-ink displays. When used in InstantCooler, these electronic price tags show information about the current product placed on the shelf and dynamically updated. This feature is also available in our Scan&Go solution where the digital price tags can be bound to a specific product and display the current price of the product.
Important Information
Tag Configuration Updates: When making structural changes to tags (adding tags, binding tags to slots, or deleting tags), the changes get sent to the base station to manage the state of the tags. The result from the update process will be displayed by the “Update indicator” located on the left side of the “Reload Info” button. After each change make sure the updating process has succeeded before proceeding with other changes. In case of a failed operation, the indication will display “Failed”. Tapping on “Failed” displays the error occurred. The error needs to be resolved before proceeding with other changes. Refer to this section for troubleshooting.

Only when Readding the product to the inventory, the tag will get updated with the most recent price.
