Introduction
Able to change the schedule from admin or manually from the kiosk. To allow the cooler to work as a un-smart cooler that any customer can just open and take something, and then pay it at the checkout desk like a normal purchase. When the main store mode is inactive, the kiosk behaves as a normal cooler.
Functionality
- Able to change the mode from the kiosk upon merch login.
- Able to activate/deactivate it from kiosk merch without having a schedule.
- When main store mode is activated the kiosk will only show a start screen.
- With access to merchandiser page with secret clicks.
- Continue to report inventory changes but no charges being made.
- The kiosk will be unlocked.

Add/Edit Modes
Active hours can be edited on a kiosk by clicking the kioskId here:
After that click on the tab active hours:
Using the following configuration shown below, it will make it so anybody can open the kiosk between 08:00 – 16:00. Outside of those hours the kiosk will behave normally and allow transactions to be made on it.

When in the main store mode, inventory changes are still tracked and can be viewed here:
- Network -> Inventory -> Customer Inventory Changes
And the current inventory is being updated and can be viewed here:
- Network -> Inventory -> Inventory Report

Instructions
After you login to merch on the kiosk, find the button Active Hours on the left side:
Here you have full manual control of the Main Store Mode.
When clicking either Active, Inactive or clear overrides the effect will instantly take place and you will be navigated to the new state. Clicking:
- ACTIVE: Will send you to the Main Store Mode active page with an override for the duration you set.
- INACTIVE: Will send you to the normal start screen where customers can shop at the machine. Will remain in that state for the duration you set.
- CLEAR OVERRIDES: Removes all overrides, and the state you will be in depends on the schedule shown below on the merch page. You will be navigated to either the normal shopping page or the main store mode page.
Note: If you click on the state that it is currently in, you are able to update the time. And it will prompt you with the new time, for example my main store mode is set to inactive, but I want to prolong the duration of it. Then I change the hours and click on INACTIVE and I get shown the following:
So if the kiosk is in the same state as you want, just use the logout button at the top right of the screen.
When does an override reset:
- When a merchandiser manually changes the override from the merchandise page.
- An override will clear when a new day starts.
- The override will clear when the kiosk restarts.
The schedule shown is when the main store mode will be active. When it is active, it means the customers can open the cooler, grab what they want and purchase it at the checkout area.
