Sometimes you may need to send a receipt to a customer (for example, if no email was entered or the customer did not receive it). In Transaction Search, open the transaction and click Transaction Operations.
In the Communications section: Select Select Template in the Send Receipt field and enter the recipient Email Address, and click Send. If the transaction includes rentals, you can also send Return Receipt and Return Code email types.
You can view previously sent receipts for the transaction under Sent Emails tab. If you press the mail icon you can resend the receipt.
