Every kiosk Is assigned to a location which is managed by an operator in the Admin backend. To create a new location, go to Network > Information > New Location
On the next page you can enter information regarding the location like Store Name, Address information etc. The other tabs like Permission, Kiosk Special Grouping and the others are usually not in use. Just fill the address information and click create.
After creating a location, you will be taken to a location list page, from there you can see the location ID for the location you just created.
Then you can go to the kiosk list page under Network > Information > Kiosk and find the kiosk in question that you want to assign to the location and click the Kiosk ID for it.
On the next page under the Location tab click the free text search field and find the location that you just created. Don’t forget to press the save button.
After you have linked the location to the kiosk go to Administration -> Account -> Operator.
On the Manage Operators page click the search button and a list of operators will be shown to you. Find the operator that you want the location to belong to and then click the Locations tab on that page.
Under the Locations tab search for the location you have created and click the field Owner/Operator for that location and select the operator that will manage the location.
