Lova Hype is just a way to automatically apply discount percentage depending on the number of transactions the user has at location or operator
Lova Hype you will find by going to your Admin > Customer Service > Promotion > Lova Hype
To be able to set up Lova Hype, you need to set up a Promotion first. To do that go to Admin > Customer Service > Promotion > Promotion Search and hit the search Button.
This will show you the current active promotions that have been created. You can change them or create new ones. Whatever you create in there is basically just the campaign, but no codes are associated with this campaign yet.
Creating new promotions
Name is the name you see when you list the promotions in admin. The description is a description for you to know what it is.
Discount details – The promotion can be used X time(s) per Code.
If you want to give everyone a onetime discount you can enter Can be used 1 time per Code.
If you want to give everyone unlimited discounts you can make it Can be used -1 time per Code.
You can set up promotion to give discount in percentages (amount works on coolers)
Condition details - To have a discount on Each product in cart set when cart contains at least to 0.
Promotion Valid On - If you leave valid days empty, the promotion will be valid on all days. Otherwise chose specific days using drag and drop feature.
After setting promotion details press save promotion button.
Properly set promotion for the Store should look like this:

Go into Lova Hype by clicking Customer Service > Promotion >Lova Hype
On top you can chose to set Lova Hype by operator or by location.
Here you can generate codes (clicking the + sign on the left side to add, the - sign on the right to remove) for By usage or Loyalty rewards.
For Usage rewards, set the transaction number which should be rewarded with a promotion code. For example, only 5th transaction
For Loyalty rewards, set the transaction number from which the promotion code should be applied. For example, after 10th transaction every next transaction will have the promotion/discount. Or if you set it to 0, the promotion will be applied from the first transaction.
Then you select the promotion from the drop down to be associated with the promotion. You can add multiple rows at the same time. For example, if you want to give the same promotion after 5th, 10th and 15th transaction.
Choose the transaction number you want to use to trigger the promotion (a 0 will apply to first time users) and press Save button
After you have created the Lova hype code, go to Customer Service > Promotion > Codes if you want to edit the Valid times for the created code to be date and/or time limited. For example, one week breakfast promotion valid between 7am and 11am.
