To have a different price of a product on different locations in the admin go to the following menu: Network à Settings à Price à Price Overrides
Here you can filter by location and/or products or see all products
If you click on the + next to product you get to the whole list
To override price for specific product, click on + next to the product and then + next to location to see all available locations
Choose the location you want to change the price for and fill in the price without tax in the price field and press the save button that will appear to the right. Then fill in the tax field with the tax amount and then save again, done!
Import Generic Price
There is an option available for importing a file that contains multiple products simultaneously. This feature can be accessed within the Network section, specifically under Imports, which is labeled as Import Generic Price. To get started, you can download a sample file by clicking on the ‘Example file can be found here.' This sample file serves as a template where you can input the desired prices for the products you are managing. It is important to use the product ID that you can find in the admin back office to ensure accuracy.
Once you have entered the product prices, you can specify which kiosks should have these prices overridden. For instance, the first line in your file can be designated to override prices for location 10. The second line can be used to adjust prices for all kiosks associated with operator 5, while the third line might change prices specifically for location 25 that also belongs to operator 5. This means that the kiosk at location 25 will display a different price compared to other kiosks operated by the same operator, allowing for more tailored pricing strategies.
You can repeat this process for all the products you wish to manage, customizing the prices according to your requirements. Additionally, there is flexibility in how you override prices; you can choose to do so by individual kiosk, by chain, or through other criteria as needed. This functionality provides a powerful tool for managing product pricing across different locations and operators effectively.
