To locate the Schedule Report in the admin section, head over to: Reports > Schedule Export
Please note that this list gives you all exports that have been set up, there is also a setup button on each report in admin that has a search result so you can create the scheduled export from all those reports / search results.
Begin by clicking the Create scheduled export button.
Here are the steps to complete the Scheduled Export:
- Title - Pick a name for the export.
- UserID - Choose the UserID for the export.
- Fill in any other e-mail addresses recipients that should receive the export in the Additional Recipients field, comma separated for more than one address.
- Interval - Decide how frequently the export should gather information, such as daily, weekly, monthly, or yearly.
- Weekday - Select the specific day and time for collecting the information.
- Culture - Choose formatting options for dates, numbers, etc., and specify CSV settings and separators.
- Filetype - Select the desired export file type.
- Timezone - Choose the time zone for the export.
- Report – Select the source report for the export.
- Complete the filters specific to the report you wish to export.
- Click Save to save your selections.
- Click search to view available reports for export.
- Click the export button to initiate the export.
