- Navigate to Network->Staff->Kiosk Staff
Click the "New Staff" button. Enter a username for login and a password, keeping in mind that the password should be at least six characters long.
Choose the Operator that this login will be associated with. This account will then have access to all the kiosks under that operator. If you want the user to access all kiosks in the network, just leave this section empty.
Select "Technician" for permission level to allow access to all kiosk menus or choose “Merchandiser” if the user should only handle restocking.
Link an email address to the account for password resets later, and feel free to add the first and last name and any other information you’d like.
Check “Is App Merch” if this account will also be used for the InstantInventory App.
Finally, click "Save" to create the account. This account will be active on the kiosks for that Operator once the kiosks have synced with the server.
