When an unrecoverable error occurs that requires the assistance of a merchandiser/technician. This window will display on the kiosk:
To escape out from this window, click at least 4 times in the top left corner:
At that point you will be given the option to close the window. And will afterwards be able to start Kiosk manager from the top left icon menu (watchdog).
