To do a refund in the admin system please follow the instructions below.
Navigate to Customer Service -> Transaction Search in the admin backoffice and search for the transaction you want to edit/refund. Once you have the transaction in the table below press the "dollar" sign and a smaller menu will open.
On the new window there is a button named "Edit transaction", press that one and that will take you into the edit transaction mode.
Editing purchased items
In this window you can edit each product automatically if its a purchase product you will find them under the purchase tab. Select the product you want to edit and you will be able to adjust the price and tax of the product and if it was wrongly registered or a product that was not removed by the system set the Final amount to 0, or increase the amount if they picked up more than it was registered.
Editing rental items
If you are managing rental items and they are not marked as returned but the customer has retuned them than fist you will need to mark them as returned. You can do this buy clicking on the "dollar" sign and in the first window click on the Return Operations.
A new window will open where you can manage the returned items, at the beginning all the items are included in the selection if you want to edit just some of them click the green YES next to the item that you don't want to include. Then you have the option to do a manual return with the button bellow the table and also can adjust the dates by changing the Return date.
Once the items are marked as returned you go in the Edit transaction window and you will have an amount automatically set in the "Save & Process" button. If the porpoise of the editing of the transaction is to refund any late amounts or max charges just press the "Save & Process" button at this stage and enter the reason for the change on the next window and the system will refund the fees and keep the rental amount.
If the customer got the wrong quantity of rental product registered then after marking them returned navigate to the Rental tab in the Edit Transaction window. There you will be able to change the price for each rental product. Set the rental price and tax to 0 to mark them as removed and click the "Save & Process" button under Summary and enter the reason to finish the process.
Confirming a refund
You can confirm a refund by navigating to Customer Service -> Transaction Search in the admin backoffice and search for the transaction you edited/refunded. Once you have the transaction in the table below press the transaction ID and a new window will open. On the bottom of that window you have a Payment log. There will be a REFUND row at the bottom of that list (if its not sorted differently) and a status if its approved or declined.

Open Transaction Search
Go to Customer Service → Transaction Search in the admin backoffice.Find and Open the Transaction
Search for the transaction and click the “$” (dollar icon) next to it.Enter Edit Mode
In the popup window, click “Edit transaction.”Select the Item to Edit (Important)
Go to the correct tab (Purchase or Rental)
Click/select the specific product you want to adjust before making changes
Edit Purchase Items (if applicable)
Adjust price/tax as needed
Set Final amount to 0 to remove an item
Handle Rental Items (if applicable)
First, click the “$” → Return Operations
Mark items as returned (adjust selection if needed)
Save the return
Then go back to Edit Transaction → Rental tab
Adjust price/tax (set to 0 if removing)
Process the Refund
Click “Save & Process” and enter a reasonVerify the Refund
Go back to Transaction Search
Open the transaction via Transaction ID
Check the Payment log for a REFUND entry and its status
