This is a guide on how age verification works and how to use both the admin portal and how to use it in the display as a customer.

Enable the System
If you go to Network -> Settings -> Kiosk Settings and click on the tab “Kiosk/Locations”, you can enter the value "portal" for the key AgeVerificationType. This will enable the system for the kiosk(s) that you have selected.
Setup Customer/Guest
The hotel employee must first log in to the Age Portal. Hotel guest / guests are able to buy alcoholic beverages or not if the answer is yes, they enter the room number, surname and a code which they also give to the guest.
The employee enters the email in Age Portal stating how long he can have the code before it expires. The code is then sent to the customer where he/she can get the products with the Lova app for a certain period of time.
The customer needs to verify their age limit at the reception that the hotel staff can approve in the picture above.
Remove Customer/Guest
When it's time to check out, the hotel staff takes and deletes the customer's ID. Customer's ID can also be deleted for other reasons:
Customer/Guest Experience
When it's time for the guest to buy something, they press on the display and choose whether to have age limit product or not.
If the answer is “Purchase any item”, there will be a form where they enter their credentials. If the information is valid, the kiosk will automatically open the correct coolers that the customer has access to.
If the answer is “NON-age restricted items”, only the cooler where there is no age limit products in it will be opened.
The customer can always see in the app who in one's hotel room are verified and how long the code is valid:
Should the customer still try to buy without verifying, there will be a notice and a guide on how the hotel guest should proceed.

If the customer is NOT authorized but is under the recommended age, there will be a notice and an explanation as to why the customer cannot buy.

Localizations
In the Admin panel, under Network -> Change Localizations, you have the option to change the text from the kiosk regarding age verification.

Set Age for Product
Navigate to Network->Inventory->Product Search.
Select the product you wish to provide an age for. Expand the vertical tab Details and below the big Description field you will see the Age Restriction. Keep it at 0 for normal products and set it for the age required for special access.
Admin Reports
To see all the logins to the kiosk, navigate to Reports->Overview->Kiosk->Age Verification Logins in Admin.
This report will provide information about which payment method, age and what was accessed for all the different kiosks.
Admin Permission

These are permissions in Admin that must be checked for the customer to have visible access to reports. These are found under Administration->Account->Groups.
