In the Transaction Search click on Transaction operations
In the new window choose Edit Transactions button
Edit cart popup will first show a summary for the transaction with initial prices and discounts. Final column shows how much is the total price for the transaction and paid column is from payment log and it shows how much was charged.
Under Promotion tab, you can’t change the code or ID, but you can edit the amount (discount).
Under Package tab you can edit used package or add a new one. At this point it is only possible to edit the prices for the package that has been used
On the Purchase tab, you can edit prices for the purchased product, add new or remove current products.
Images below show how transaction and product looked before editing.
To edit number of products in the cart, type new amount in the Final field and new changes will be visible in Adjustment column. Use add button to add missing product.
At the same time, summary tab has been updated too. We press save if we are pleased with the new prices.
We will get a popup to confirm changes one more time.
In case system detects a potential issue, you will be notified about that too.
Please be aware that transactions processed via a payment terminal may not have the necessary permissions to be modified through the Admin backend. This means that any changes or edits you wish to make regarding these transactions cannot be executed from the administrative interface. If you run into issues, please reach out to your KAM.
